If you are looking to send us a product for refund or replacement, you have come to the right place. You can download the return document below. Please note it can take up to 10 working days to complete the process.

Important! Please fill out the downloadable slip with your address, invoice data & reason for return and enclose the form and a copy of the invoice with the package!
Pack it nicely.
Suitably pack the full product as recieved as outlined by your shipping service provider. As a rule of thumb, the package should be able to withstand a fall of at least 1.5m!

Wait for our reply.
When package is receiveed it takes up to 10 working days until we send a replacement or refund the product if a customer wishes to withdraw from purchase.
